Shipping and Returns

Returns 
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact customerservice@madetostray.com notifying us of the return and we will issue a refund as soon as the item is received. In your email, state the reason for return. Returned items must be unworn with tags still attached. An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the refund is approved.  All sale items are final.

Exchanges
If you have ordered the incorrect size, you can exchange the item if the new item is in stock. Send an email to customerservice@madetostray.com notifying us of the return and include the desired size. We will mail the new product as soon as we receive the initial garment. Exchange items must be unworn with tags still attached. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the correct size is mailed.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

Guarantee
If the item is found to be damaged or defective under normal use within 90 days, MADE TO STRAY will replace the product once the item is returned and inspected. If the item is found to be damaged or defective we will either send an identical item or issue a full refund.
